There are 12 Chinese Meridians that are influenced with physical and psychological relationship. In this chart you will have a list of the meridians and under each meridian many of the emotions associated with them. Although there are physical links to the meridians, this chart is covering the emotional links. It has been said that 86% of our health issues are emotionally related. My experience in working with the nervous system of the body and the emotions, people feel some freedom when the feelings associated with the emotions are let go of - the body responds in a favorable way.
