Things I use, like & happily recommend for a thriving life.
Over the years, I’ve discovered books, tools, everyday products, creative supplies, and little treasures that have become part of my own life and work.
Friends, clients, and students often ask me:
“Mary, what do you use?”
So I decided to put some of my favorites all in one place.
Some support the spirit. Some nurture the soul. Some help care for the body. And some simply make life easier, more creative, or more beautiful.
These aren’t here because they’re trendy. They’re here because I genuinely like them, use them, or believe they are worth sharing.
Welcome to Mary’s Favorites.

FEATURED FROM ANOINTED TO THRIVE
From My Heart to Yours
Before we get to my favorite finds, I want to share some of the resources I've created especially for the Anointed to Thrive community.
These resources were born from years of teaching, counseling, prayer, reflection, and helping people move toward greater wholeness—spirit, soul and body.
FEATURED: 31 Days of Gratitude
More than a gratitude list. An invitation to notice, reflect, and become present.
Gratitude doesn't require us to pretend that everything is wonderful.
Sometimes gratitude is choosing to look for goodness in the middle of a difficult season. Sometimes it is slowing down long enough to recognize what we almost walked right past.
31 Days of Gratitude was created to help you develop a deeper, more intentional practice of gratitude through reflection, journaling, and simple practices for your everyday life.

This workbook helps you uncover belief systems that may be keeping you limited. Part Two helps you set meaningful goals and begin moving forward with greater clarity and intention.
I created this workbook from years of experience praying with people and exploring the connections between physical organs, associated emotions, and faith-centered prayer.
This downloadable PDF explores organs and their associated emotions, seasons, and times of day according to traditional Chinese Five Element theory.
Books That Have Shaped Me
These are books and resources that have encouraged my faith, deepened my understanding, caused me to think, or helped me see something from a new perspective.I don't necessarily agree with every word of every book I read—and you don't have to either!I believe we can read with wisdom, curiosity and discernment, taking what strengthens us while continuing to seek God for ourselves.

I have this book on Kindle and I keep returning to it because it has been profound in my life. It’s been around a while and still speaks to me when I feel stuck. It offers a roadmap to release emotional burdens, unlock inner peace, and embrace a life of fulfillment. Completely in alignment with the scriptures and science.

Becoming Supernatural
Dr. Joe Dispenza
Becoming Supernatural is another book I go back to often. Dr. Joe Dispenza is one of my favorite authors. The science he brings through explanations of things in relationship to soul and body really have some biblical meanings. As I read this book he explains the energy centers and the association they have to the areas of the body. Learn more in link below.

Electric Body, Electric Health
Eileen Day McKusick
Eileen Day McKusick writes about Electric Body, Electric Health using the electromagnetism within and around for us to rewrite, recharge and raise our voltage. Nectar Hydration Packets - a month full of individual packets that I like. I get the variety pack and enjoy the different tastes on a daily basis. Full of good organic fruit flavors and packed with electrolytes to keep me hydrated.
I use my VitaMix 5200 Blender everyday. Not only for nutrient packed veggies and fruits, but for my bullet proof coffee I have been drinking for years. I pour water over a cone filter with coffee of my choice then put it in the blender with butter (yes I said that) and Collagen and MCT Oil. It’s actually good for my brain.
Hydrogen Water Filter Pitcher - A simple stand on counter water pitcher that hydrogenates your water. I have considered some Hydrogen water systems for the healing center that actually are way, way, way high priced. This one is 50% off on Amazon right now. Add the Nectar Hydration Packets to the glass of water.
Creative Corner
I love painting on canvas and I love using metallic shiny paints. I do abstract and cosmic type paintings and include crystals and stones in my art. Maybe I will share some of my art work but not yet. I also do a lot of collage type work so will share some of the products I use for that.
I purchase larger canvases these days as I am doing larger abstracts normally 30” x 40” because of the textures I add with the metallic paints. The smaller canvases I use are 16” x 20” for getting paintings done quickly. It feels like a spiritual thing for me when I paint. Not rushed.
On my paintings I include some crystals or stones to bring texture and depth to my abstract art. I have always liked textures in my art and in the days I use to do fabric art and dress design. Yep, a long time ago. So painting with a variety of things makes this a fun thing to do.
