Understanding why an invisible ceiling is influencing you, what the concept of the invisible ceiling is, and reflecting on your personal ceilings and how they limit you. You will come to understand the power of your mind in influencing outcomes, facing the root issues without reliving any trauma. You will learn to understand how your nervous system seeks safety and makes it harder to break the hidden influences. You will receive nervous system exercises, (called somatic exercises) to give yourself a sense of safety when approaching the glass ceiling. Healing isn’t about re-living painful events that formed specific beliefs about yourself, but to examine how limiting beliefs, fears or conditioning has shaped your present reality. With this basic session you will walk away with knowing some of your limitations, an exercise to practice healing the nervous system, prayer and encouragement and a journal sheet to use for your self discovery.
